What do I need to do to book It's All Dough for a corporate event or a party?

To book, please fill out our contact form and provide us with the details required. We will get in touch with you see how we can best fit your needs!

 

For events and catering services, we kindly request a 50% deposit upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is required to be settled no later than one week prior to the scheduled pick-up date.

Can I place a rushed order? 

 

For rush orders, please notify us at least 2 days in advance of the pick-up date by filling out our contact form. An additional fee will be charged and added to the total amount of your order.

 

Are all your cookies eggless?

Yes!

How long do these cookies stay fresh?

​

Cookies typically, if stored in an air-tight container, will stay fresh for about 2-3 days. We wouldn't recommend consuming the product after 3 days.

How do I store my cookies so they stay fresh?

To store cookies and keep them fresh, use an air-tight container or resealable bag to prevent air and moisture from entering. Store at room temperature in a cool, dark, and dry place. For long-term storage, freeze cookies in properly wrapped containers or bags. Label the date and thaw at room temperature when you're ready to indulge!

How do I determine the pick-up date?

It's highly recommended to pick up your cookie orders on the day of the event you ordered them for. It ensures that the cookies are fresh and delicious for your special occasion. By picking up your order on the day of the event, you can be certain that the cookies will be at their peak taste and quality. We understand how important it is to have tasty treats for your event, and picking up the orders on the event day allows the baker to guarantee their freshness.

Does It's All Dough ship?

Currently, our main focus is local pick-up delivery to ensure convenience for our community. However, we are open to considering shipping cookies on a case-by-case basis if circumstances allow. Factors such as product availability, shipping restrictions, and maintaining cookie quality will guide our decision. Your satisfaction and the deliciousness of our treats remain a priority. Yes, some cookies can be customized such as the 'Let's Celebrate' and 'I'm Not Basic'. Please contact us to discuss exactly what you're looking for. We'd love to make your cookie dreams come true!

Can these cookies be made vegan? I don't see a vegan option.
